What a glorious time I had at Word of Faith Dominion Church in Lake Mills, Iowa! Pastors Doug and Laurel Domokos are such wonderful people – so open to letting the Holy Spirit heal the broken hearted in their church.

On Saturday we had a women’s brunch where 87 women came to hear me share my testimony and find out how to Let Jesus Recycle Your Pain (the title of my next book). It was a delightful time and the women were so receptive.

On Sunday the Holy Spirit moved in an awesome way. Right before I spoke, the Holy Spirit changed my message and I gladly set my notes aside. I shared my testimony using the illustration of the man with the withered hand in Mark 3:1-5. When Jesus asked him to stretch his withered hand it was restored whole as the other. I have found that Jesus often asks me to do the one thing I cannot do – like the man with the withered hand. When I stretch that hand in faith, He restores it and makes it whole as the other.

I then shared on forgiveness and how sometimes we simply cannot forgive on our own. It is then we can then let our Heavenly Father forgive for us – just as Jesus did on the cross. You will not want to miss the DVD of this – I will be posting it on my website at www.IAmWholeInc.com as soon as it is available. At the end of the message I gave an altar call for those who wanted to surrender anew to the Lord and let Him take their “withered hand” and restore it. About 30 people came forward. I intended to pray over each of them but the Holy Spirit also had me share a prophetic word or word of knowledge with them. As I laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit gave me the precise message for them. It was truly amazing! The anointing of the Holy Spirit was so strong that some were slain in the Spirit. I often felt the power of God being released as I laid my hands on different ones. We are still getting testimonies of those whose lives were touched and changed in that service. To Jesus be all the glory! In my heart, I know that we plowed up some fallow ground in the Spirit. I was near the place of my birth and where my abuse started. In the Spirit, I believe that we took back from the enemy what he had stolen. I proclaimed freedom and liberty over that region in Jesus Mighty Name. It was a powerful time and we all agreed that this was just the beginning of what God wants to do in this whole region of the country. I believe that from these meetings will come a great harvest of broken-hearted souls into the Kingdom of God.
Thank you for your prayers. I was keenly aware of the presence of the Holy Spirit in such an awesome way.  If you are anywhere near northern Iowa and are looking for a good church, I would definitely recommend Word of Faith Dominion Church. See their website at www.holyfire.net

Orange County Jail Opens Up for Ministry!

I am delighted that I have finally gotten invited to minister at Orange County Jail in Orlando.  This has been something I have been pursuing for over a year.  Orange County Jail is located in the heart of downtown Orlando and is a huge jail system that spans several city blocks.  It books more than 59,000 inmates annually and the average daily population is about 4,200.  I had the chance to meet with one of the chaplains there and am in the process of getting orientation and final approval to be able to minister there on a regular basis. I had a tour of the cellblocks where I will be ministering and am so excited for this chance to meet some more precious hurting girls to share Jesus with.  We donated 200 copies of "Out of the Miry Clay" to the jail.  Please pray for me as I prepare for this awesome opportunity.

Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA)

I would like to tell you about an amazing group I discovered called “Bikers Against Child Abuse" (BACA).    Their website is http://www.bacausa.com/.

BACA is a 501C-3 non-profit organization started in the United States with chapters all over the world.  The b ikers are all volunteers who come from many walks of life: teachers, law enforcement, therapists, contractors, and factory workers, to name a few.  Their mission it to empower abused children to overcome the fear of their abuser.  BACA get referrals from state and local agencies who have identified children that are being abused.  These bikers then befriend these children and make them feel safe again.  They visit a child’s home and present them with a BACA teddy bear and let the child know that from now on they are being protected by their new biker family.  Even the most intimidated child soon warms up to these bikers.

BACA members will do whatever it takes to make sure that a child feels empowered and safe.  They attend court, parole hearings and will take children who are too afraid to leave home out on recreational events.  They have even been known to camp out on the front lawn of abused children to let everyone in the neighborhood know that this child is one of theirs.  They are not an outlaw biker group – far from it!  To many children they are angels in leathers.  They do not engage in violence – they seek to be a formitable obstacle standing in the way between an abuser and an innocent child.

I highly recommend this group to you – they are truly the Good Guys!  I Am Whole, Inc. donated 100 copies of "Out of the Miry Clay" to BACCA to be distributed to abuse victims.

I recently spoke to the Orlando chapter of BACA and have included pictures of the awesome time I had with them.  If you see a BACA member roll up in the parking lot next to you, by all means thank them and tell them how much you appreciate what they do on behalf of abused children.  These guys are amazing!
